This first session is for you to explain what you would like help with and what you would like to achieve from hypnotherapy
I will explain why you are experiencing these problems in an easy-to-understand way, but more importantly, what we can do about it
Although the initial consultation itself does not contain hypnosis, most people get an enormous sense of relief, comfort, and hope from this session alone
BONUS: Included in this you will also receive a free night track to listen to every night in-between sessions

Regular hypnotherapy appointments are 60 minutes long
