This first session is for you to explain what you would like help with and what you would like to achieve from wellness coaching and therapy. I will explain why you’re experiencing these problems in an easy-to-understand way, but more importantly, what we can do about it.

Although the initial consultation itself does not contain hypnosis, most people get an enormous sense of relief, comfort and hope from this session alone. Included is a track to listen to each evening from this session
